Attention Indian Nationals!  |   The Government of India has cancelled legal character of old series Indian bank notes of Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- denominations w.e.f. November 8, 2016. While new notes are being introduced into the system, to avoid inconvenience, all foreign travelers are advised to carry valid and sufficiently funded international credit/debit cards during their stay in India till any further clarifications.  |   Carrying of satellite phones or any satellite communication device by foreigners into India is prohibited.
